Grønn bekkenstav + frisk skumrens

The wand’s long ergonomic curve makes the trigger points surprisingly easy to reach on my own, and the foaming cleanser leaves it feeling fresh for next time. I’ve gone from dreading self-care sessions to actually looking forward to them.

It took me a while to get the hang of the curved angle, but once I did, targeting those deep trigger points was a total game-changer for my morning tightness. The wand itself feels sturdy and well-balanced, and having the foaming cleanser right there makes post-session cleanup feel almost spa-like.

The foam cleanser lathers up nicely and leaves everything feeling fresh before I use the wand, which has made the whole routine feel cleaner and more intentional. The wand's curve is gentle yet effective, and after a few weeks I'm already noticing less tension during the day.
