The base is surprisingly weighted, so it doesn't tip over when I'm switching between the three bands, and the grip is comfortable even when my hands are clammy. It's made adjusting much easier on my own, which was my biggest worry starting out.
The three interchangeable bands are what sold me—swapping between sizes takes seconds and feels secure once the dilator clicks in. The base sits flat enough that I can grip it without straining my wrist, which makes the whole process less awkward.
